Blog Post: A Day of Unfortunate Accidents in Flowery Branch, GA

On March 6, 2025, Flowery Branch, GA, witnessed a series of unfortunate accidents, each unique in its circumstances but thankfully resulting in no injuries or fatalities.

The first incident occurred at 11:00 AM at 6168 Gaines Ferry Rd. A novice driver, learning to navigate a private parking lot, turned too sharply and collided with a large landscaping rock. The vehicle ended up perched on the rock, necessitating a tow to extricate it. Despite the dramatic scene, no injuries were reported.

Earlier that morning, at 5:47 AM, a hit-and-run accident took place at 5911 Spout Springs Rd. Vehicle #1, while making a U-turn in a parking lot, misjudged the clearance and struck the rear of a parked Vehicle #2, which had two occupants inside. The driver of Vehicle #1 fled the scene, leaving behind minor damage to Vehicle #2. Fortunately, no one was hurt.

The third accident happened at 5:31 AM at the intersection of McEver Road and Gaines Ferry Road. Vehicle #1, while making a left turn, failed to see Vehicle #2 at the stop light, resulting in a collision. The driver of Vehicle #1 was cited for failure to maintain lane. Again, no injuries were reported.

These incidents serve as a reminder of the importance of cautious driving and awareness on the road.
