Per Lawrenceville Police records, Spencer Webb of Braselton, Georgia, and Mallory Gladstone of Buford, Georgia were involved in an accident on December 3, 2021.
Webb was travelling south on Buford Drive. and was in the left turning lane at the intersection of Swanson Drive. Webb state that the traffic in the left and middle bound lanes heading north had stopped for him to make a turn. His view was obstructed to see that Gladstone was in the third lane due to the stopped vehicles.
When he made the left-hand turn, Gladstone's vehicle struck the passenger front side of Webb's vehicle.
Webb was cited for failure to yield while turning left.
