On August 21st, 2024, Lianna Wessels and Savannah Williams were involved in an accident on Austell Rd at its intersection with Cunningham Rd.
Wessels stated that she was traveling northbound on Austell Rd in the number 1 lane. She stated that she was somehow distracted for a moment, and when she looked back up, Williams vehicle was directly in front of her and stopping. Wessels said she was not able to hit the brakes in time, causing her vehicle to collide with the rear end of William's vehicle. Both vehicles sustained minor damage from the impact.
Wessels was found at fault and was cited with following too closely and expired tag.
