On September 19th, 2024, Joseph Guerreiro and Davina High were involved in an automobile accident on Eastin Rd at its intersection with Veterans Parkway.
Guerreiro was traveling eastbound on Eastin Rd. High was traveling southbound on Veterans Parkway and stopped at the stop sign. High then proceeded through the intersection as Guerreiro disregarded the stop sign at the intersection and his vehicle struck High's vehicle. After impact, Highs vehicle left the roadway and spun counterclockwise then hit a street sign. Both vehicles sustained disabling damage from the accident.
Guerreiro was found at fault for the accident and was cited with failure to yield and disregarding a traffic signal.
