Per Cobb County Police Reports, on January 14, 2023, Raven Nash and Juan Aguina Rivera both of Mableton, Georgia, were involved in an accident at the intersection of Old Alabama and Pisgah Road.
Nash was traveling north on Pisgah Road while Aguina Rivera was traveling east on Old Alabama Road. Aguina-Rivera stated that he was stopped at the stop sign on Old Alabama Road and continued through the intersection, but Nash disregarded the stop sign and collided with the side of his car.
Nash reported that she had no recollection of what happened. The reporting officer was unable to determine who was at fault.
Nash was ticketed for driving without a license.
