On May 8th 2024, Yuliysa Martinez and Areanna Holley were involved in an accident at the intersection of Chapel Hill Rd and the I20 WB offramp.
Holley was facing westbound at the top of the I20 ramp. She was stopped, waiting for traffic to clear when her vehicle was struck by the vehicle of Martinez. Martinez stated she attempted to go around Holley and accidentally struck the vehicle.
Both cars sustained functional damage from the crash. Martinez was deemed at fault and cited with passing with insufficient clearance
