On April 25, 2021 Officer M R Williams was dispatched to the scene of an accident on northbound Roswell Road.
A Honda Civic driven by Mr T. Ekeke had collided with a Dodge Ram, driven by Ms. A. Blakney.
Ms. A. Blakney had maneuvered into the center lane of traffic in order to make a left turn into 5930 Roswell Street. She pulled into the center lane, yielding to oncoming traffic.
Mr. T. Ekeke, while driving in the leftmost northbound lane, made a sharp left turn into the center lane, colliding with the front end of Ms. A. Blakney’s vehicle.
Mr. T. Ekeke’s vehicle sustained mild damage. Both cars were driven off the scene by their owners.
The officer ascertained that Mr. T. Ekeke was driving with a suspended license. He was charged with O.C.G.A. 40-6-48 “Failure to Maintain Lane” and O.C.G.A. 40-5-121 “Driving with a Suspended License”.
The accident was reported by the Sandy Springs Police Department.
