On August 24th, 2024, Riley Stark and Arleen Ford were involved in an accident on Batesville Rd at its intersection with Arleen Ford.
Stark was traveling south on Sugar Pike Rd approaching Batesville Rd. Ford was traveling on Batesville Rd approaching Sugar Pike Rd. Ford came to a stop at the stop sign. After stopping, Ford's vehicle entered the intersection while Stark did not stop at her stop sign while entering the intersection and collided with Stark's vehicle.
Both vehicles sustained functional damage from the accident. Stark was found at fault and cited with failure to obey traffic control.
