Failure to Yield Leads to an Accident on Left Turn (Cobb)

Per Cobb County Police Reports, Tian Knight of Marietta, Georgia, and Shayanne Kelly of Cartersville, Georgia, were involved in an accident on October 10, 2022.

Kelly reported that she was driving straight on Macland Road through the intersection of Bankstone Drive. Knight told the officer that he had a green light and began his turn through the intersection. This led to the collision.

Knight was cited for failure to yield while turning left.
