Failure to Yield Leads to an Accident on N. Marietta Pkwy

On August 8, 2022, Randall Bailey of Marietta, Georgia, and Claudius Higdon of Sandy Springs, Georgia, were involved in an accident at the intersection of N. Marietta Parkway and Polk Street.

Per Marietta Police Department reports, Bailey was attempting a left-hand turn onto Polk Street. Bailey stated he was "a little in there," presumably meaning that he was in the pathway of oncoming traffic.

Higdon struck Bailey's car and Bailey was ticketed with a failure to yield at an intersection.
