According Cobb County Police Reports, Ricky Welkis and Diadaly Morisset both of Marietta, Georgia, were involved in an accident on November 28, 2023.
Welkis told the reporting officer that he believed that the oncoming car driving by Morisset had a right hand turn signal and pulled out to make a left hand turn onto Lower Roswell Road from Smithstone Road.
Morisset's account differed. She stated that she was traveling east bound on Lower Roswell when Welkis pulled out in front of her. Welkis was ticketed for a failure to yield.
