On June 8th, 2024, Martha Beck and Jordan Berry were involved in an accident on Ball Ground Rd at its intersection with Cumming Highway.
Berry was traveling west on Cumming Highway while Beck was stopped at the intersection of Cumming Highway and Ball ground Rd facing east, waiting to turn left onto Ball Ground Rd. Beck failed to yield and turned out in front of Berry and was struck by his vehicle. Beck stated she did not have a green arrow. Berry and 2 witnesses stated that Beck did not yield while making the left turn.
Both vehicles sustained disabling damage. Beck was determined at fault and was cited with failure to yield.
