On February 7th, 2025, Irem Uz and Jeffrey Padgett were involved in an automobile accident on North Arnold Mill Rd in Cherokee County.
Uz was traveling Southbound on Trickum Rd approaching North Arnold Mill Rd. Padgett was traveling Westbound on North Arnold Mill Rd approaching Trickum Rd. Uz was waiting to make a left turn from Trickum Rd onto North Arnold Mill Rd. Uz then failed to yield before making her turn and turned out in front of Padgett's car causing an accident. Uz stated that she did not see Padgett's vehicle approaching. Both vehicles sustained functional damage from the accident.
Uz was determined to be at fault for the accident and was cited with Failure to Yield.
