Left Hand Turn onto Highway 92 Leads to Accident (Union City)

On November 7th, 2024, Joseph Henderson and Chriszell White were involved in an automobile accident on Highway 92 in Union City.

Henderson stated to police that he was turning left out of the Publix parking lot driveway onto Highway 92 when he struck White's vehicle. White stated that she was driving southbound on Highway 92 when she was t-boned by Henderson's vehicle. White was an Uber driver and had multiple passengers in the car along with her.

Both vehicles sustained functional damage from the accident. Henderson was found at fault for the accident and was cited with failure to obey a traffic control device.
