Mr. M Alexander was driving an Infinity QX70 when he pulled out of Quick Trip on Chapel Hill Road.
A black Mercedes with an unknown driver was approximately two car lengths away.
This vehicle tailgated Mr. Alexander while the driver was blowing the horn.
Mr. Alexander was traveling north on Chapel Hill Road when the Mercedes entered his lane of travel and sideswiped his vehicle on entering the I20 EB onramp.
The Mercedes driver left the scene in their vehicle without stopping and was not located.
Mr. Alexander was not injured, and his vehicle sustained minor damage and was removed by himself.
The weather, surface conditions and light condition were all good.
The accident was reported in Douglasville, Douglas County.
