On May 3rd, 2024, Robert Putnam and Yae Ok were involved in an accident on Old Alabama Rd Connector.
Ok was traveling south on Old Alabama Rd Connector and waiting in traffic. Putnam was traveling south and hit the rear of Ok's vehicle. Both vehicles sustained functional damage in the accident. Air bags deployed in Putnam's car, and he later admitted to the officer on scene that he was distracted by changing a song on his phone.
Putnam was determined at fault and was cited with following too closely and reaching for cellular device.
