Per Cobb County Police Reports, a three car accident occurred on Veteran’s Memorial Boulevard on November 11, 2021. According to the report, James Davis of Stockbridge was travelling east bound on Veteran’s Memorial when he collided with Thadius Nesbitt’s car.
Nesbitt, of Lithonia, Georgia, then collided with the vehicle of Adriana Rivera-de-la-cruz who was sitting in front of him.
The officer found Davis at fault for the accident. He had a small cut on his lip while Nesbitt complained of a sore neck. Rivera reported to be uninjured at the time.
Nesbitt was also cited for not having insurance.
