Per Kennesaw Police Department accident reports, Sharmin Simmons of Dallas, Georgia, and Roschelle Watson of Marietta, Georgia, were involved in an accident on December 8, 2021.
Per the report, Simmons stated she was travelling north bound on Jiles road when she noticed a car stopped at a stop light. She attempted to stop her vehicle, but because of the wet roads was unable to stop or change lanes.
Watson's account aligned with Simmons' recount of the accident.
This accident is a good reminder to driver defensively and cautiously when the weather changes.
